About Us

Karma was born out of an idea to bring a taste of edgy and
eclectic big city boutiques to western South Dakota.
Cindy Sievers loved shopping at her stepdaughter Jada's boutique
(by the same name) in Saint Paul, MN and wanted to open
a second location here in the beautiful Black Hills. 

In 2011, her dream came true, and Karma arrived right as
Main Street Square was being completed. Downtown Rapid City
came alive as the new town square flourished and Karma offered
an exciting new experience for local women.

Karma has been a staple in historic and charming downtown
Rapid City for 9 years and has been the artistic vision of
Sasha Campbell and her staff for the past 4 years.

From Jackalope barware to the latest pant rise, we have offbeat, as well as popular styles for self and gifting. We are so excited to offer the Karma experience online. We will be happy to assist our many visitors from all over the country who have been known to tell us, "this is one of the coolest shops I have ever been to". They also have said, "Karma makes my soul smile".
