HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? You will be issued a gift card within 3 days of your return item being received. Store credit never expires.
If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and would like to return your item for store credit, please follow these guidelines:
- All regular price items, unless otherwise specified, are eligible for store credit returns. Your item must be received at the below address within 30 days of purchase receipt to receive store credit. All clearance or reduced price items are final sale unless damaged or defective.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Local customers may return items directly to the store.

: We will not accept items that have visible wear or odor, have been washed, worn, or otherwise damaged, and/or are without their original Karma price tags. See topic below for guidelines on returning damaged and/or defective merchandise.

Damaged & Defective Merchandise Guidelines
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we require photos of the damaged item no later than 10 days after ship date emailed to: email@example.com. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of your damaged item to process your claim and issue a refund.
